We offer refunds for:
- Items that were sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products
- Shoes: We gladly accept shoe returns for Store Credit only, allowing you to find the perfect alternative item. (Sent via digital store credit).
- Final Sale: Personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Once received, we’ll process your return. Banks typically refund within 10 business days.
